The front desk staff were genuinely friendly—the lady and gentleman both warm and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room itself exceeded my expectations. It faced a small courtyard, so the view wasn’t much to write home about, but the space was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. I especially loved the crisp white linens, plush mattress, and well-cushioned pillows—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Free drinks were replenished daily, which was a nice touch. The smart home system was a highlight—lighting and curtains could be controlled right from the bed, adding real convenience.
