The braised pork belly with potatoes was rich and aromatic, while the steamed shrimp were large and fresh. One area for improvement? The fruit wasn’t very sweet, and the quality could be better. But cleanliness was spotless—no issues there. The location is truly special: perched on a hill overlooking the sea, it’s one of Dalian’s iconic landmarks. Nighttime photos are absolutely stunning, and walking down to the city takes about 10–15 minutes—quiet and peaceful, though not directly next to a subway station. Taxis are easy to catch. The rooftop garden on the fifth floor is a hidden gem, perfect for relaxing or just enjoying the view. The lobby itself is grand and beautifully designed—every corner is photogenic. Service was exceptional: staff greeted us warmly, opened doors, helped with luggage, and the dedicated concierge team went above and beyond to accommodate requests.
