Bayshore Hotel

The overall experience was excellent, especially the ocean-view room—stunning scenery with a refreshing sea breeze when the window was open. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning seemed to be set too low, and combined with direct sunlight through the windows, the room temperature stayed uncomfortably high throughout my stay. I kept the window open the entire time, but it didn’t help much with cooling down—made it tough to sleep comfortably. If you’re sensitive to heat, be mindful of this, and consider requesting a room with better climate control or bringing a light blanket. That said, everything else was top-notch: great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and fantastic value for money. Definitely would book again.

While the property is over ten years old and shows a few signs of aging—like minor cracks on the cabinet above the minibar and some walls—the overall condition doesn’t detract from the comfort or quality of the stay. It’s still a well-maintained luxury hotel with all standard amenities you’d expect. Breakfast was solid, offering more variety than some Westin locations but slightly less than certain Marriott properties.
