He also assisted with booking train tickets for our next leg of travel, which was a huge relief. The place feels safe, clean, and well-maintained. The food is simple but delicious and satisfying. While it’s not quite like the language school homestays I’ve experienced in Mexico or Peru, it’s very close in spirit—warm, personal, and deeply rooted in local life.
