The only minor downside was that the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted manually, which made temperature control tricky at times. That said, the location is fantastic—just a short walk to major attractions like Potsdamer Platz and Museum Island. It’s a bit farther from the nearest U-Bahn station, but city buses run frequently and get you there in no time. Overall, this hotel delivers on comfort, service, and convenience—definitely worth every penny.

We originally booked a suite but had to be moved to the loft due to technical issues. While the space felt a bit tight for four adults—especially the bathroom—the staff went above and beyond to make up for it. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference. The breakfast was excellent, and although parking in the garage was a bit of a hassle, it didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience.
