One thing worth mentioning is that the number of towels provided was slightly limited; adding one or two more would greatly improve comfort. Despite these small quirks, the hotel offers great value for money, with friendly staff and a clean, stylish environment. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a central, well-connected base in Taipei.

This was my first solo trip to Taipei, and staying at Ti Hwa Hotel made the whole experience so much easier. Before arrival, I called to confirm check-in details and room preferences—the staff were incredibly polite and even proactively arranged a room with a window, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The room isn’t huge, but it comfortably fits two double beds and has ample space for luggage. Air conditioning works like a charm with adjustable temperature control—crisp and cool during summer nights. The fridge is impressively cold—our soda froze in minutes! That’s a big win for those who love icy drinks. The bathroom offers strong hot water pressure, and there's a quality Panasonic hairdryer. Daily housekeeping is excellent: fresh linens, new towels, four bottles of water, and replenished toiletries every day. The front desk provides a clear MRT map highlighting nearby night markets and transport options—super helpful for first-time visitors. We had an amazing stay at Welove meworld Inn! The service was outstanding — the front desk team was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they cleaned our room quickly and efficiently upon request before 10 a.m. The front desk is easy to spot on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance and elevators, making check-in and check-out seamless. Our room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed: slippers, shampoo, shower gel, and even a mini-fridge. The bathroom was compact, but that’s completely expected for a budget hotel in this price range. Just a quick note — smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. The location is unbeatable for convenience. There’s street food right downstairs, perfect for late-night cravings. Within walking distance, you’ll find Family Mart, OK Mart, 7-Eleven, and Starbucks — all super handy for snacks and essentials. A short stroll leads you straight to Ximen Station and the vibrant Ximending Night Market, which even has a POP MART store for collectors! Getting to and from the airport is simple — just hop on bus number 1961, which stops near Ximen Crossing. Overall, this is a fantastic budget-friendly gem that delivers excellent value. If you’re visiting Taipei, don’t miss this hidden treasure!
Art Inn Kaifeng
Staying at Art Inn Kaifeng was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Taipei with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The hotel’s artistic design and cozy atmosphere really stand out, making it a unique and comfortable place to stay. However, one thing to note is that the on-site bar stays open until 4 AM and offers karaoke sessions, which can be quite noisy. Even from the third floor, I could still hear music late into the night. If you're sensitive to noise or prefer a quiet stay, you might want to request a room away from the main entrance or consider checking in during quieter hours. Despite this, the strong points—great location, stylish décor, and warm service—make it well worth the visit.
