A short 3-minute walk further brings you to Lao Liu’s JIANBING GUOZI, a local favorite that won awards and beats even the famous Ershaozi Nanlou in taste, price, and wait time. Continue down Nanjing Road for another 6 minutes to Lai Shun Cheng, a top-tier Hui restaurant specializing in beef and mutton dishes—the quality is exceptional and it’s ranked #1 on Tianjin’s must-try list. The downstairs snack shop, Xiao Bao Li Zhi Gao, makes perfect souvenirs to take home. If you head west instead, a 6-minute stroll through Wudaodao Park leads directly into the historic district—walk along Hong Kong Road and enjoy the charming colonial architecture at your own pace.
