The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the front desk agent with ID 088 who went above and beyond to help us with all our questions. They even provided a complimentary dinner, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's only a 300-meter walk to Shenzhen East Railway Station, making travel super convenient. The only downside was that the front desk staff didn’t issue an invoice during check-in, and I still haven’t received it. Hopefully the management can sort this out soon. Despite that small hiccup, the value for money and overall comfort made this stay highly recommended.
