The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel’s overall ambiance is calm and welcoming, located just steps away from Kunming Railway Station and Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast can get busy in the morning, so splitting the dining area into two smaller sections would help reduce crowding. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations—great value, top-notch service, and a peaceful stay. We’ll definitely be returning.

Bathroom amenities were high-quality and thoughtfully chosen. Breakfast offered a great mix of Western and local flavors, and the late-night snack option was a pleasant surprise. Their signature local rice noodles were authentic and delicious, and the coffee? Top-notch. I was also impressed by the excellent soundproofing—even though the room is on the ground floor, closing the door completely blocked out any lobby noise. On our second night, my daughter wasn’t feeling well, and the front desk team stepped in immediately—helping us get medicine, warm porridge, and even carrying our luggage without being asked. Their kindness truly made a tough situation more manageable. Though we had to cut our trip short due to health concerns, it didn’t take away from how amazing this hotel was.
