The hotel is incredibly easy to find—right next to the main road and just a short walk from the railway station. Parking is available at the lot directly across from the building, and the hotel covers the parking fee, which is a nice touch. The doorman on the ground floor was exceptionally friendly—he opened doors, helped with luggage, and even pressed the elevator button for me. The front desk is on the second floor, where staff were warm and welcoming. They offered hot towels, afternoon tea snacks, and freshly brewed coffee—such a thoughtful gesture. They also took time to explain all the room amenities in detail, showing genuine care. Everything about this stay felt personalized and well-organized. Staying at New Paris Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options—everything from fresh pastries and local specialties to international favorites—was both delicious and well-presented. Afternoon tea was equally impressive, with a cozy atmosphere and thoughtfully prepared treats. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with modern amenities; the bed was especially comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive—always smiling, offering help without being intrusive, and going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. For convenience, location, comfort, and service quality, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on my next visit to Harbin.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with clean lines and a calming atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the excellent soundproofing too—no noise from the hallway or street, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. I called to ask if there was any issue, but the staff simply replied, 'No problem, just enjoy your stay—we’ll take care of the cleaning later.'
