I attended a conference at Radisson Blu, which was only a five-minute stroll away, making everything so convenient. I arrived early and didn’t expect to check in ahead of schedule, but they had a vacant room and happily accommodated me—what a pleasant surprise! I especially want to thank Vetat for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, offering clear directions to major attractions and even kindly weighed my carry-on luggage upon departure to prevent any overweight issues. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay in Istanbul comfortable and stress-free. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional—professional, friendly, and thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—when I asked if we could extend our check-out time by two hours due to my mom’s age and a shuttle scheduled for 5:30 PM, they kindly agreed without hesitation. The location is absolutely unbeatable; it's just a short walk to Osmanbey Metro Station, making it super easy to explore Istanbul on foot or via public transit. Breakfast was generous and varied, offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. Plus, Carrefour is literally right around the corner, so grabbing essentials or snacks is a breeze. Clean rooms, friendly service, and great value—all reasons why I’d definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything felt premium—the transfer was arranged with a spacious, sleek minibus featuring plush seating, a small table, ambient lighting, chilled water, and soothing Turkish music playing in the background. It set the tone for an excellent experience right away. Check-in was quick and seamless, and staff even escorted us to our room and personally delivered our luggage—such a thoughtful touch. The elevators are compact but having two of them made access easy and efficient. Daily housekeeping ensured clean towels and fresh bottled water were always available. Each room had its own air conditioning unit and TV, making it comfortable and convenient. Wi-Fi worked reliably in the main bedroom but was weak in the children’s room—though we didn’t mind since we had mobile data. The service team was consistently friendly and attentive. We opted not to include breakfast as there were countless great cafés and restaurants nearby, many with beautiful outdoor terraces perfect for relaxing with a coffee or local meal. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value, top-notch hospitality, and a fantastic location—highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul.
