I've stayed here twice and can confidently say it's one of the best values in Melbourne. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, cozy living area, and a modern bathroom. Huge windows let in plenty of natural light—perfect for relaxing or enjoying views. On-site parking right at the front door is a huge plus, and the outdoor BBQ area is great for a casual evening. The staff go above and beyond—they happily accommodated early check-in, late checkout, and even stored my belongings safely when I accidentally left them behind. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Truly a standout experience.

The stay was a major disappointment from start to finish. First, the assigned parking spot never opened—tried multiple times with no luck, likely due to an issue with the key fob. I messaged the property management via WhatsApp but received no response, so we ended up having to park on the street, which was stressful and unsafe. The bedding was dirty—stained and covered in dust, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. To make matters worse, they bombarded me with repeated emails demanding passport copies and credit card details. If I didn’t provide them, my booking wouldn’t be processed and I couldn’t get the door code. This feels like pressure tactics rather than proper guest service. Overall, the lack of communication, poor cleanliness, and invasive requests made the experience very negative. Definitely not something I’d recommend or book again.

The location is fantastic—just a 10-12 minute walk to the venue, and with pleasant cool weather, it made the stroll enjoyable rather than stressful. The room was clean and comfortable, though the sheets showed some signs of wear—nothing dirty, but the white fabric looked slightly yellowed under certain lighting. Still, considering it was just a one-night stay and the purpose was attending a concert, this was totally acceptable. Great value for the price, especially if you're coming for an event. Definitely recommend for convenience and ease of access.
