My friend and I stayed here mainly because of the unbeatable location—right next to the famous Pondy Bazar in Chennai, making shopping and exploring super convenient. The hotel is one of the few in T. Nagar that offers 24-hour check-in, which was a huge plus for our late arrival. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and surprisingly spacious for the price. On-site travel arrangements are available if you need a taxi, and laundry services are offered at very affordable rates—perfect for longer stays. What really stood out was the staff: incredibly polite and friendly, especially the housekeeping team who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And let’s talk about the food—it’s genuinely impressive! Delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. Overall, this place feels like a hidden gem with exceptional value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chennai.

The Residency in Chennai offers a wonderfully inviting atmosphere that truly stands out. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a calm and elegant ambiance that makes you feel right at home. The location is excellent—just a short commute to the city center via metro—and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, adding to the overall value. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. I had a peaceful and restful stay, and I’d definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers looking for a relaxing yet convenient experience.

This was hands down one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The staff went above and beyond—professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Their service was truly exceptional. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and offered great value for money. Located just steps away from a bustling local market, everything was so convenient—from shopping to dining to exploring nearby attractions. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chennai, especially with family. I’m already planning my next trip here. Thank you for such warm hospitality and unforgettable service! 🌟

We've stayed at Sreedevi Residency on Sundaram Street, T. Nagar, Chennai for the past five years whenever we visit the city, and the location remains one of the biggest pluses—very convenient for getting around by metro and close to local attractions. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. However, breakfast service has been inconsistent over time—sometimes only a few items are served, other times it's more complete, but there’s no clear pattern or communication about what to expect. Room quality is average, but maintenance issues are concerning. The air conditioning units constantly leak water, and in every room, at least one light flickers intermittently. Exposed electrical wires hang out of sockets, posing a serious safety risk. Even more alarming, we experienced mild electric shocks from bathroom taps and running water—something completely unacceptable, especially with children present. While the management did offer free luggage storage and courier handling for three weeks during our stay, just a day before arrival they sent a message demanding Rs. 1,000 per day for 21 days. This was misleading and completely unexpected. Bala Venkat and Saravan handled the situation poorly—creating unnecessary stress, showing little empathy, and refusing to waive the charges despite the lack of prior notice. Their communication was unprofessional, and their attitude felt manipulative. After years of trust, this experience has severely damaged our confidence in the hotel. We’re disappointed and will not be returning.

We had a fantastic 4-day business stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro station, making commuting to downtown effortless. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed that made for great rest after long workdays. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief given Chennai’s hot climate. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with local tips or travel advice. What stood out most was the excellent value for money—no compromises on comfort or service. Highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and tourists looking for a reliable, well-located base.

Staying at Raj Palace was an absolute delight. The property is immaculately clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable—when I asked if they could bring a weighing scale to my room, they delivered it within minutes. The coffee was fresh and delicious, and the breakfast spread was both generous and tasty. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The location is convenient for exploring Chennai, with easy access to public transit. This place truly offers exceptional value and hospitality. I’d happily return in a heartbeat.

Staying at V V Grand was an absolute delight from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that truly made me feel at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, offering great variety and flavor. But what really stood out were the staff—especially Ajith, Aruna, and Panjat (Jai Jagarnath). Their dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making the entire experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find such genuine care and professionalism in one place. If you’re looking for a hotel that treats you like family, this is it. Highly recommended—thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Hotel Aadithya was absolutely outstanding. The hotel’s location is perfect—right across from Vijaya Mall, which means you’re steps away from shopping outlets, a supermarket, and a lively food court. The front desk team—including Deepa, Vinoth, Subramani, Prem Kumar, Kalidoss, and Sakthivel—were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the visit. Room cleaning by Ratna was consistently excellent, keeping our space spotless every day. Breakfast at Nook Restaurant was a highlight: Srinivas, Akulu, Aping, Ponni, and Deva made each morning special with their warm hospitality and delicious variety of South Indian dosas. I especially recommend trying Deva’s waffles and banana cake—they’re simply unforgettable. Continental breakfast options were also available and equally satisfying. Whether you're visiting Chennai for business or family time, Hotel Aadithya delivers an exceptional experience. It’s a place that truly feels like home away from home.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough—stay here if you’re in Chennai! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The security team greeted me with a smile, and the front desk team, especially Mr. Roopesh and a lovely lady whose name I didn’t catch, were incredibly attentive and warm. My room on the 4th floor was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped—perfect for a solo traveler like me. The area feels safe and quiet, which is a big plus. There’s a great little restaurant right on-site with affordable, tasty meals, and just steps away, you’ll find a local café offering delicious snacks and coffee. I booked an Uber from the hotel to explore nearby attractions—super convenient and quick. Everything about this stay was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. For the price, it’s an unbeatable experience. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Staying at S Hotels Chennai was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Chennai, making it super convenient for both work and shopping. I was especially impressed by the room service; the food was delicious and perfectly prepared. The bar was lively with a great atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff—they were genuinely kind and helpful. I accidentally left my phone charger behind, and they went out of their way to arrange a courier delivery without hesitation. That level of care made all the difference. It’s clear this hotel values guest experience deeply. I’ll definitely be returning with my family and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chennai.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Vadapalani Metro Station, making it easy to explore Chennai without relying on taxis. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi that worked well throughout our stay—perfect for staying connected or streaming content. While the overall layout and comfort were great, cleanliness could use some improvement. We noticed a few areas, like the desk and bathroom surfaces, needed more attention during housekeeping. Still, considering the location, value for money, and ease of access to public transport, this is a solid choice for travelers looking for a hassle-free stay in central Chennai.

Located in a bustling market area, Hotel Aruna International offers unbeatable convenience with everything nearby—great for exploring local flavors and shopping. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very welcoming. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Room service was prompt and efficient, arriving quickly whenever needed. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and professional. The attention to detail and consistent quality make this a standout choice in Chennai. If you're looking for a comfortable, centrally located hotel with excellent service, this one truly delivers.
