My room was beautifully furnished, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a spacious bathroom featuring both a shower and bathtub—perfect for relaxation after a long day. As an Italian traveler, I was especially pleased to find a bidet in the bathroom! The only minor suggestion for improvement: the rooms don’t have European-style electrical outlets, so travelers from Europe may need a travel adapter. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a convenient location just a short ride from downtown Johannesburg. I’d definitely stay here again.

The food was fantastic—especially the lunches, which were both delicious and well-prepared, keeping everyone energized throughout the week. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. From check-in to daily support, their dedication made a real difference. All delegates left feeling satisfied and well taken care of. It’s clear this hotel truly values guest experience, and we’ll definitely consider returning for future events.
