They provided medicine right away, and I started feeling much better shortly after. What truly stood out was Badal from the front desk—he checked in on me multiple times throughout the day, made sure I was recovering well, and even sent over nourishing meals. It’s rare to find such thoughtful, personal service. This hotel isn’t just about luxury or charm—it’s about heart. I’ll definitely be back, not just for another event, but simply to relive the warmth and hospitality.
