Upon check-in, the front desk staff kindly asked about room preferences, which led to a complimentary upgrade to a room with a better view—offering lovely glimpses of the lake, especially stunning in the evening. The lobby team was warm and attentive, making the arrival smooth and welcoming. One small note: there was a coffee spill at the café area that wasn’t cleaned up immediately, but it didn’t detract much from the overall experience. Cleanliness is outstanding: no dust in the corners, crisp and fresh bedding with zero odors, and a perfectly separated bathroom that makes everything feel safe and hygienic.
