One little tip: the hot water only comes when you turn the faucet halfway—had a funny moment at a local hair salon where the water wasn’t hot, making me think all the water in Ho Chi Minh City was lukewarm! Also, on the 27th, we were caught off guard by a major 50th-anniversary military exercise that blocked off the entire District 1 area early in the morning—nearly missed our flight, but thankfully the restrictions lifted by noon. If you're visiting during national holidays, be sure to check traffic updates in advance. Despite that hiccup, this stay was still fantastic overall.

Overall, the location is excellent: well-connected, easy to explore, and ideal as a base for sightseeing.
