There were two windows in the room, but both were covered with opaque film, so we couldn’t see outside or even tell if it was daytime or night, sunny or rainy. This should definitely be mentioned in the room description—otherwise, it’s misleading. The furniture looked a bit worn out, and the overall condition needs an update. The soundproofing was terrible—the hallway conversations and footsteps were clearly audible throughout the night, which disrupted our rest. Also, the shower faucet dripped when turned on, indicating a maintenance issue. While the location is convenient and the staff were friendly, the room itself really needs a full renovation to meet modern standards. It’s a shame because the potential is there.
