He’s clearly a standout in customer service. Our room was spotless, luxurious, and perfectly appointed. From check-in to checkout, every staff member we encountered exuded professionalism and care. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience. December is especially magical here—elegant, serene, and full of charm. Also, I’m quite sensitive to noise, and the sound from the air conditioning unit kept me awake during the night. That said, overall my stay was still very positive. The location is unbeatable, the room was comfortable, and the attention to detail in the design stood out. I’d definitely consider returning, especially if they can improve on the quietness of the AC system.

My only small suggestion would be extending the hours for the coffee bar and restaurant a bit later in the evening—since I returned late, I’d have loved a quick bite or coffee before bed. The location is quite isolated—feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere, with limited access to public transport or nearby attractions. It’s not worth the price, especially considering the lack of basic cleanliness and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent urban stay. Definitely not something I’d consider returning to.
