The location is a bit tricky to find—right next to DR HEAD on Novy Arbat Street—but the hotel sends a photo of the entrance in advance, which helped us locate it without stress. Note that the front desk is on the 20th floor and not always staffed, so you’ll need to call ahead if you need assistance. While it’s a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro, getting to the Kremlin turned out to be even faster on foot—just 10 minutes to the ticket office, which we found surprisingly easy despite being confused at first. Overall, this place offers great value, a quiet atmosphere, and excellent access to Moscow’s top sights. Perfect for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a home-like stay.

That moment truly felt like being stranded with nowhere to go—definitely one of those 'can't believe this is happening' moments. Thankfully, the platform’s customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, handled everything professionally, and kept me calm throughout the wait—so reassuring that I actually fell asleep on the lobby sofa while waiting. This is a business-style serviced apartment, and overall, it’s impressive. Daily cleaning is done thoroughly, the room is spotless, the kitchen and fridge are fresh with no odd smells—really feels like home. Just a 400-meter walk away, there are two supermarkets (one big, one small), so cooking your own meals every day is super easy. Waking up to sunrise from the bed was a real highlight, and the included breakfast adds extra comfort. Clean, convenient, and welcoming—I’ll definitely be back.

That kind of convenient location made our trip so much easier, especially considering how affordable it was—prices like this are hard to find even in St. Petersburg. The room was spotless and cozy, cleaned daily. Everything you’d need was included: towels, bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer—all neatly laid out. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable; I had smooth video calls with my husband and daughter at night, no buffering or audio issues. The entrance is by call-only, which adds a nice touch of privacy and security. We dedicated one full day to exploring the city center, and because the hotel is so close, we didn’t feel exhausted when we returned. We still had energy left to take a nighttime stroll and enjoy the magic of Moscow after dark. I can't recommend this hotel at all—our experience was extremely disappointing and deeply unsettling. While the location is convenient, just a short metro ride away, the service was appalling. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, with no regard for basic customer respect. Later, a manager named Sergey reached out, claiming he wanted to understand the situation—but his real goal seemed to be persuading us to delete our negative review. He even tried to shift blame onto me, suggesting I was at fault for the incident. When we explained that we had to cancel due to a family member’s sudden heart attack—well in advance (12 days prior), and with full prepayment for four nights—he insisted the rate was non-refundable and that our circumstances didn’t matter. He cited a message stating, 'By choosing a non-refundable rate, you accept all risks—you’ll never get your money back, even if something serious happens.' We sent medical documentation, flight tickets, and booking details as proof of the emergency, but he still refused to refund us, saying the evidence wasn’t sufficient. This contradicts Russian consumer protection laws: when services aren’t provided due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds are legally required. There was zero empathy, no understanding, and no humanity in their response. Instead, they offered a voucher in exchange for deleting our feedback—like we were the ones who caused the problem. This kind of behavior feels predatory. We’re now preparing to file a police report and take legal action for fraudulent practices. Please, avoid this hotel. Don’t let them profit from your trust. Choose a place with integrity, compassion, and transparency instead.
