Even reaching Hai'eng Dam is manageable within 30 minutes by car. Room amenities are mostly well-maintained, though the sofa chair wasn’t very comfortable, and the side table wobbled slightly—could use some tightening or replacement. Also, the showerhead had a small crack and sprayed water unevenly; it would be great if that could be replaced soon. On the bright side, cleanliness was excellent—the bedding was fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and there was no lingering odor. Overall, this hotel offers solid value for money. I’d definitely consider staying here again on future visits to Kunming.
