Located in the elegant and vibrant Chiaia district, it's just a short walk from the metro, which takes you straight to the heart of Naples in under 5 minutes. The room was spacious and the bathroom was beautifully designed, with a great location near Chiaia and Mergellina—quiet and close to the waterfront, just a short metro ride from the city center. However, the overall experience wasn’t as smooth as expected. Upon arrival, we noticed several hairs on the floor, which made us question the cleanliness standards. The window blinds were broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes, especially in the evening. The breakfast bar offered high-quality products—really good pastries and coffee—but the service was extremely poor. On the second day, we decided to skip it entirely and went to a nearby café instead, paying out of pocket but at least receiving friendly and polite service. While the apartment itself has potential, the lack of attention to detail in cleaning, maintenance, and guest service really dragged down the experience. Would consider staying again if improvements are made, but not without hesitation.
