The hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with excellent soundproofing that made for a peaceful night's sleep—no noise from the hallway or outside. The front desk staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out quick and stress-free. We ordered multiple takeout meals during our visit, and to our surprise, the team delivered them right to the lobby entrance without any hesitation. They even asked if we needed help carrying anything up, which was such a thoughtful touch. Despite the repeated deliveries, they remained patient and cheerful—truly impressive service. The price is very reasonable for what you get, offering great value for money. This place stands out among budget-friendly hotels I've stayed at before. If you're visiting Shenyang, especially near the Olympic Center area, this is definitely a top recommendation. Don’t miss it!

Staff response was incredibly fast—almost instant—making the whole experience seamless. The bedding was plush and cozy, and the soundproofing was fantastic, ensuring a truly restful night’s sleep. I gave it a full five stars without hesitation. Located right in the heart of the shopping district, everything I needed was just steps away. Special shoutout to Xiao Hui—the staff member who went above and beyond with her warm hospitality. Her attentiveness made all the difference. The bathroom design with dry-wet separation is a thoughtful touch, and the hot water came on instantly—no waiting for showers or washing up. Everything felt effortless and luxurious. This place nails comfort, cleanliness, and value. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting Shenyang.
