The guesthouse is infested with bed bugs—this is not an exaggeration. We found them crawling even in the shared kitchen, which is centrally located and accessible from all rooms. Staying at Henri Hotel Berlin Kurfürstendamm was a real highlight of my trip to Berlin. The 24-hour front desk gave me peace of mind, especially when picking up my old-school key. The courtyard view is peaceful and adds character to the stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. A few small improvements would make it perfect: adding a ramp at the entrance for easier luggage access (just a few steps up), upgrading to newer card keys, and installing USB charging ports. But honestly, these are just minor details—this hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely book here again.
