The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. Our room was spotless, modern in design, and very comfortable. We didn’t book breakfast since there’s a Spar convenience store just a 2-3 minute walk away—perfect for fresh bread, croissants, and coffee. Plus, the station itself has a Starbucks if you’re in need of a quick caffeine fix. One small note: the Wi-Fi speed could be improved, especially for guests working remotely. Also, having USB-A or USB-C charging ports built into the walls would be a huge plus—no more fumbling for international adapters. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, great service, and a central location without the premium price. We’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s location was ideal—just a short walk or metro ride from major attractions, while still being convenient for trips to the airport, Keukenhof Gardens, Zaanse Schans, and Volendam-Marken. We also appreciated the on-site parking, which was perfect for our rental car, and the ability to rent bikes directly at the hotel—a real plus for cycling around town. Even though we didn’t get to use the beautiful garden and pool area, it added to the sense of luxury and tranquility. Overall, this hotel elevated our Amsterdam experience beyond expectations.
