Overall, this place is an excellent choice for solo travelers looking for a peaceful yet well-connected stay. With its great value, friendly vibe, and central location, I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Langkawi.

The wooden cottage has a lot of character, but the reality was far from comfortable. We were constantly bothered by mosquitoes—so bad that we couldn’t sleep at all. It felt more like sleeping outside than inside, with open windows and no real protection from the elements, wind, noise, or insects. To make matters worse, the first unit we were assigned was extremely dirty—dusty furniture, spider webs in corners, and even mouse droppings. We had no bedding to sleep on and had to wait until nearly 11 PM before getting any. The worst part? My 4-year-old daughter ended up with severe mosquito bites on her face, leaving visible marks. That experience was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially families. It’s not worth the price, and definitely not something I’d ever book again.

The team was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The resort is just a short walk from Pantai Cenang’s main attractions—perfect for exploring local restaurants, shops, and beachside vibes. Plus, private parking made arriving and leaving stress-free. Overall, this place offers amazing value for money. I’d definitely return on my next trip to Langkawi.

We loved being off the beaten path, far from crowded beaches filled with overpriced souvenirs and tourist traps. Getting around was easy thanks to Grab (the local ride-hailing app), which we found reliable and affordable. Our hostess Patty was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable. She shared great tips about hidden gems and local culture. Overall, our two-night stay was relaxing, meaningful, and truly memorable. If you’re looking for something real—not just a photo op—this place is perfect.
