There are plenty of activities within the resort grounds, and nearby attractions like the skybridge and Oriental Village are just a short shuttle ride away (the resort offers complimentary one-way transfers). While the room itself shows signs of age, the housekeeping team does an outstanding job—everything was spotless, no unpleasant odors, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The only minor issue was small gaps around the door that allowed geckos to enter. One large one even made the bathroom its home! Thankfully, the front desk was responsive, and security came late at night to assist with the search, though it had already disappeared. The next day, I spotted another one sneaking through the gap—there’s a brush at the bottom of the door, but it doesn’t seal completely. I improvised with towels until I found a better solution. I understand this is a nature-rich environment, so these little creatures will always find a way in. Breakfast was exceptional—hands down the most hardworking team I’ve ever seen in all my travels.
