There are plenty of dining options nearby—no worries about finding something to eat. My room (8301) was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained overall. The only tiny note: the hot/cold water labels on the bathroom mirror were reversed, which could confuse guests. A small fix would help avoid any mix-ups for future travelers. Other than that, everything was excellent—great value, friendly staff, and a peaceful stay. Definitely recommend this location for both business and leisure travelers.

Even though it’s not right in the heart of downtown, the value for money is excellent. Special thanks to Lorna from the guest relations team—amazingly patient and professional despite the massive crowds on such a busy holiday. She handled all my concerns with care and efficiency. The service quality is truly consistent with Hyatt’s world-class standards: warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Even with high demand at The Club Lounge, staff still offered gracious, low-bow service to members—such a nice touch. The welcome fruit and breakfast were both delicious and well-prepared. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The Bund skyline is stunning day or night—definitely worth every moment spent by the window. I’ve already taken countless photos and can’t wait to come back. This hotel delivers on all fronts—perfect for travelers seeking luxury, comfort, and unforgettable scenery.
