The room itself was immaculately clean, with plush bedding and pillows that made for one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a long time. Soundproofing was excellent—no noise disturbances at all during the night. The bathroom featured a smart dry-wet separation design, and the heating system kept the room cozy and warm throughout. The service quality is truly consistent with Hyatt’s world-class standards: warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Even with high demand at The Club Lounge, staff still offered gracious, low-bow service to members—such a nice touch. The welcome fruit and breakfast were both delicious and well-prepared. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The Bund skyline is stunning day or night—definitely worth every moment spent by the window. I’ve already taken countless photos and can’t wait to come back.
