Arrived at the hotel right after midnight and was only 10 minutes away from the airport—super convenient. Located right on a major highway and main road, it’s easy to spot and access. The location felt safe for a family stay, which was reassuring. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable setup. The staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed—friendly, professional, and attentive. Great for a transit stopover or short stay. The bathroom could use a little more maintenance attention, but nothing major. Breakfast would be even better if served earlier—7:30 AM instead of 8:00 AM—and with clearer menu options displayed and presented more neatly in the dining area. Still, considering the price point and location, this place offers great value. I’d definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a no-frills yet reliable option in New Delhi.

The hotel was absolutely terrible and not recommended at all. The only redeeming factor was its location near the airport, which made getting to the terminal convenient. However, the room was in a shocking state—half-ruined, dirty, and clearly neglected. We had no hot water throughout the night, which was extremely inconvenient. Constant noise from the corridors kept us awake all night. We arrived with some hope, but after one stay, we can confidently say we would never return. Poor quality, terrible service, and completely not worth the price. Avoid this place if you want a decent experience.
