However, there were noticeable damp spots in several areas of the room, which is concerning for hygiene and comfort. Breakfast was delivered to our room—basic items like puri sabji and coffee—but the quality was underwhelming and fell short of expectations. Room service was slow, and when we checked out at 10:30 AM, the front desk staff couldn’t issue a printed bill because the manager wasn’t available. While the property is large and has potential, it needs better maintenance and more consistent staffing. With some improvements, this could be a solid choice for travelers looking for a peaceful stay in New Delhi.
