The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the port (we were between cruises), a short walk to the riverfront dining area, and within minutes of Target, Ross Dress for Less, and Publix. We also walked about 20 minutes to Bayside Marketplace, which was easy and enjoyable. There’s a bus stop right outside that connects you to downtown if you’d rather not walk. The neighborhood felt safe—there were always police cars around, and we later found out the Miami Police Department is located behind the building. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh artisan brioche, excellent latte (though the machine broke the next day), freshly squeezed orange juice, and a nice selection of cheeses, ham, and sausages. The staff were helpful and friendly, turning what started as a stressful check-in into a memorable stay. Despite the rough beginning, everything ended up perfect. We’ll definitely be back when we return to Miami.
