I loved sitting on the bed, scrolling through my phone, and drying my hair in peace. No more getting tired after just 10 minutes of use. Third, there’s a working washer and dryer right in the room—yes, really! I asked customer service about it and found out they just installed them recently. So convenient! No more trying to dry clothes by hanging them near the AC like I’ve done at other hotels. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money, with a convenient location near public transit and a comfortable stay. I stayed here as a solo traveler and chose the single room, which was excellent both times I’ve visited—both trips were specifically for appointments at the nearby hospital. The facilities are well-maintained and surprisingly clean for a shared-style accommodation. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, and the curtain by the bed provided good privacy when closed. There’s also a built-in washing machine under the sink—very handy for laundry needs. One small suggestion: adding a non-slip mat just outside the bathroom door would make things safer, as water tends to pool after showers. Without personal slippers, wearing disposable ones can be slippery and potentially hazardous. Service was outstanding—any request was met with prompt help. After surgery, I had limited mobility, so the staff kindly arranged a lower bunk bed for me, which made a big difference. Free bottled water and basic toiletries were readily available upon request, and the team—front desk staff and manager alike—were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. During my stay, it coincided with the Canton Fair, so I noticed several international guests around, giving the place a lively, multicultural vibe.
