There’s a parking lot nearby, and the hotel offers a great-value parking deal at just €16 for 24 hours, which is a real win for guests arriving by car. The location strikes a good balance between convenience and quiet surroundings. Inside, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, this is a solid choice for travelers who want easy access without the high prices often found in central spots. Staying at Hilton Brussels Grand Place was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right across from the central train station, just a 200-meter walk to get there. I loved how easy it was to hop on trains or trams for day trips around Brussels and beyond. The restaurant downstairs serves an amazing chicken panini—crispy on the outside, soft inside, with perfect seasoning. And across the station, Melbourne Coffee is a great spot for a quick morning brew. Everything you’d want in the city center is within walking distance: Grand Place, the museums, and the shopping arcades are all just steps away. Bonus points for having a grocery store (Carrefour) right on the ground floor—you can stock up on snacks, drinks, and essentials without leaving the building. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with two bathrooms and a cozy extra bed—perfect for families traveling with kids. Clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. This hotel offers excellent value and a fantastic base for exploring Brussels. I’ll definitely be back.

The location is excellent—very convenient for public transit and close to everything we wanted to explore. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. We couldn’t get into our room because it was locked with no staff available at the front desk. After multiple attempts to reach someone by phone (despite their email saying 'call us anytime'), we were only able to communicate via WhatsApp. When we finally got a response, we were told to use another room instead—though that one wasn’t even ready. The room we were supposed to stay in hadn’t been cleaned at all when we arrived at 8 PM; there were still dirty linens and towels left behind from a previous guest. We had to wait until 10:30 PM before housekeeping showed up. We reached out several times via text asking for a partial refund, but received no reply. It felt like our concerns were completely ignored. While the location is a strong point, the lack of on-site support, poor communication, and unprofessional handling made this experience extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and would not return.
