Even after a long journey, I felt instantly relaxed. Xiao Luo and Xiao Wang went above and beyond with their thoughtful attention to detail—always ready with a kind word or helpful suggestion. Our housekeeper, Xiao Tang, brought fresh fruit that tasted sweet and refreshing, and room attendant Miss Tian left behind not just a spotless room but also a little note with honey—a small gesture, but it truly touched my heart. Every interaction felt personal, authentic, and full of care. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was a memorable experience filled with kindness and comfort. Getting a taxi from the front door was effortless, and the metro station is just a 2-3 minute walk away. It’s super convenient for exploring: East Lake is only two stops on the metro, and the museum is three stops away. The breakfast spread was impressive—great variety with both Western and Chinese options, satisfying and well-balanced. Excellent value for money. I’ll definitely be back here on my next trip to Wuhan and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
