Stayed here during New Year’s Day and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was huge—perfectly comfortable with a 2-meter width. My favorite part? The room faced directly toward the Hubei Provincial Museum, so every morning I woke up to a stunning view of the museum entrance right outside my window. The front desk staff, especially Miss Hu Lanxiang, went above and beyond—she upgraded me from the 4th to the 6th floor without hesitation, and the view from the higher floor was simply breathtaking. There was a slight road noise at night, but it didn’t disturb my sleep at all. Parking was super convenient with plenty of spots available—no stress finding a space. One highlight was the complimentary warm red date soup served in the evening—it was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing. On check-out, I noticed a little note with a pair of sterilized slippers waiting for me—such a small detail, but it really showed how much they care about guest comfort. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. This is definitely a place I’ll return to when I’m back in Wuhan.

I’ve always felt confident staying at chain hotels, so I deliberately chose this Campanile Hotel, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall hygiene was excellent. Water pressure in the shower was strong—no waiting for hot water! Getting a taxi from the front door was effortless, and the metro station is just a 2-3 minute walk away. It’s super convenient for exploring: East Lake is only two stops on the metro, and the museum is three stops away. The breakfast spread was impressive—great variety with both Western and Chinese options, satisfying and well-balanced. Excellent value for money. I’ll definitely be back here on my next trip to Wuhan and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was impressive—perfectly quiet even with city noise outside. Facilities were top-notch: a well-designed bathroom with complete separation of wet and dry areas, consistent hot water, and strong water pressure. Staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and efficient at check-in and check-out. Free laundry facilities and luggage storage were thoughtful touches that really made a difference. With such a prime location, excellent service, and incredible value, this place is hard to beat. I loved strolling through Tanhuachun for photos and history—it’s so close, you’ll want to explore every corner. Plus, the Yangtze River Bridge and ferry terminal are just minutes away, making it super convenient to experience Wuhan’s iconic landmarks.
