Scandic Front

Staying at Scandic Front in Copenhagen was an absolute delight. The room was immaculate, with a window facing the street—opening it up let in fresh city air and gave a vibrant urban feel. What really stood out was the heated bathroom floor; waking up to cold tiles is a thing of the past! There was also a kettle in the room for boiling water anytime, perfect for tea or coffee. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected whether working or relaxing. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the metro and central attractions. I’ve stayed at many hotels across Europe, but this one truly stands out for comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Copenhagen.

Staying at Scandic Webers in Copenhagen was a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. If you're arriving by train or metro, this hotel is perfect; it's literally right outside the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—huge variety with fresh fruit, hot dishes, pastries, and more. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for great value and a central spot in the heart of Copenhagen.

Scandic Norreport

Located right at the busy intersection near Nordhavn Station, this hotel offers unbeatable access to downtown Copenhagen. The rooftop restaurant and bar served an excellent breakfast, and it’s cleverly designed with the front desk situated just inside the rooftop lounge entrance—very convenient. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the facilities are top-notch with no major drawbacks. The only minor downside is that the rooms are quite small, similar in size to typical Japanese hotels. There’s no refrigerator in the room, and if you unfold the foldable desk, it blocks one side of the bed aisle. However, since we didn’t bring much luggage and appreciated the compact layout, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. For the location, service, and value, this place is definitely worth considering again.

Hotel Christian IV

Staying at Hotel Christian IV was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, making it super convenient for exploring Copenhagen. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or local tips. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed with subtle Danish touches—especially the comfy armchairs and stylish lamps that added character to the space. The breakfast was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and flexible—we could choose to enjoy it in the hotel or head out and explore on our own. Even though the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, it didn’t disrupt our stay at all—the work was well-managed and quiet. We felt completely at ease throughout our visit. This place truly stands out for its charm, comfort, and thoughtful details. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

Wakeup Copenhagen - Bernstorffsgade

Stayed at Wakeup Copenhagen - Bernstorffsgade for three nights during my trip to Copenhagen, and overall it was a great experience. The room is small but thoughtfully designed—plenty of storage space with cleverly built-in shelves, making it easy to organize luggage. One thing to note: the hotel doesn’t offer free luggage storage, and larger suitcases don’t fit well in the limited space. However, there’s a nearby hostel called Next House just next door, where you can store bigger bags for only 20 DKK—a smart and affordable solution. Location-wise, it’s super convenient for getting around the city by metro, and the vibe of the place feels modern yet cozy. Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay in central Copenhagen.

Meininger Hotel Copenhagen

We stayed here with a group of five and were really impressed by the value for money. The room had two bunk beds and one double bed—simple but functional, perfect for our needs. While there’s no air conditioning, the space felt comfortable, especially with a fan. The hotel is located right next to Copenhagen’s main train station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. We appreciated the spacious common areas—the kitchen and lounge bar are great for hanging out, and the live music in the evenings added a fun vibe. One thing to note: daily cleaning and luggage storage are extra charges, which we found a bit pricey. Still, considering Copenhagen’s high cost of living, this place remains much more affordable than other options. It’s ideal for travelers who want a social atmosphere, good location, and budget-friendly rates. A solid choice if you’re looking for comfort without breaking the bank.

Rent a Room Copenhagen

This was a lucky break—our flight got canceled, and we found this place at the last minute. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and the location is perfect. The room is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the living area is stunning—photos here don’t even do it justice. It’s close to everything you need but just far enough away from noise to enjoy a peaceful stay. The 31 bus from the airport stops right outside the door—super convenient. All the guests were friendly and welcoming, except for one guy who didn’t acknowledge anyone, slammed his door, and mumbled to himself. 😁 The kitchen had everything we needed, which was a huge plus since Copenhagen can be pricey—cooking our own meals saved us a lot, especially with three meals a day. We’ll definitely book again now that we know it’s here—and next time, we’ll stay longer.

Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments - Copenhagen Suites

Staying at this boutique apartment was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the city center, with plenty of cafes, shops, and attractions nearby. The apartment itself was immaculate, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a spa. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, with friendly staff making the whole process effortless. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in a hotel setting. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Copenhagen—it’s a true gem.

On the Mile 3 - into This Place

Located in a great spot right in the heart of Copenhagen, this place offers easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. However, finding the entrance can be a bit tricky on first visit; clear signage would definitely help. Keep in mind there’s no air conditioning, so if you're visiting during warmer months, bring a fan or pack light layers. Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers who value location and simplicity, especially if you’re looking for an authentic local vibe without overspending.

Comwell Copenhagen Portside Dolce by Wyndham

The hotel is incredibly convenient for travelers arriving from the airport—just take the light rail, transfer once, and it’s a short walk to the property. The proximity to the ferry terminal is a major plus, especially if you're coming in on a cruise; buying a day pass makes exploring the city even more affordable. While there aren’t many supermarkets or restaurants right nearby, this didn’t bother us since we were mainly using the hotel as a base after docking. One standout feature? Free luggage storage after check-out via a simple smartphone app—super handy for those with late flights or extra travel plans. The room size is modest, so spreading out a 28-inch suitcase requires moving some furniture, but the layout is smart and functional. Overall, the location, ease of access, and thoughtful touches like digital check-out storage make this a top pick for anyone visiting Copenhagen’s port area.
