I recently stayed here for a business trip and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The staff are incredibly polite and genuinely sincere in their service—especially Mohan, the caretaker, who went above and beyond in every aspect. There are actually two guesthouses under the Hive brand located in the same area: one in CBI Colony, which is not up to standard and lacks proper hygiene, while the other, situated on Thiruvalluvar Street in Thiruvengadam Nagar, is clean, well-maintained, and far superior. I’m also happy to note that they now accept individual bookings at very reasonable rates. If you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-located option in this area, this is definitely the best choice around. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—especially the bed, which made for a restful night's sleep. Noise insulation is great, so it stayed quiet even during the evening. Located just a short ride from the city center, it’s easy to explore nearby attractions. There are plenty of dining options around, making it convenient for meals. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again.
