The location is perfect: everything I needed was within easy reach, and traffic wasn’t a problem at all. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional—always smiling, quick to assist, and made me feel welcome from day one. The room was brand new, spotless, and well-appointed with modern comforts. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—different options every day, fresh, tasty, and varied enough to keep things exciting. The overall service level is top-notch, and the value for money is excellent. If I ever come back to Jakarta, this will be my first choice. Highly recommend it!

Most impressive was the staff—extremely friendly, always willing to help, and genuinely warm in their service. It felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. A truly pleasant experience with excellent value for money. Definitely planning to return.

Best Studio Room with Wall Bed Tifolia Apartment
The stay was extremely disappointing. The room had visible cockroaches, and the air conditioning was excessively hot and didn’t function properly—couldn’t maintain a comfortable temperature at all. Customer service was terrible: I waited over an hour and a half just to be met upon arrival, and no one ever responded to my WhatsApp messages during that time. Communication was completely lacking, which made the whole experience frustrating and stressful. This place falls far short of expectations. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to anyone.
