The hotel looks a bit dated from the outside but is well-maintained and clean throughout. Breakfast was delivered to my room at 8 AM—very convenient and thoughtful. I appreciated having private underground parking with a dedicated spot right below my room, which made everything hassle-free. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable all day. The room had a cozy sofa and the bathroom was spotless and well-organized. Most impressive was the staff—extremely friendly, always willing to help, and genuinely warm in their service. It felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. A truly pleasant experience with excellent value for money. Definitely planning to return.

I absolutely loved staying at this 1-bedroom apartment in Senen! The space is generously sized—around 100 square meters—which made the entire experience so comfortable and spacious. The private bathroom was clean, well-maintained, and very functional. I appreciated the convenience of being close to the subway station, making it easy to get around Jakarta’s city center. There are plenty of local eateries and shops nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. The booking process through the platform was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jakarta, and I’ll definitely be returning.

My stay at Sunlake Waterfront Resort & Convention Jakarta was absolutely fantastic—15 days from November 19 to December 2, 2025. The location is perfect: everything I needed was within easy reach, and traffic wasn’t a problem at all. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional—always smiling, quick to assist, and made me feel welcome from day one. The room was brand new, spotless, and well-appointed with modern comforts. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—different options every day, fresh, tasty, and varied enough to keep things exciting. The overall service level is top-notch, and the value for money is excellent. If I ever come back to Jakarta, this will be my first choice. Highly recommend it!
Best Studio Room with Wall Bed Tifolia Apartment
The stay was extremely disappointing. The room had visible cockroaches, and the air conditioning was excessively hot and didn’t function properly—couldn’t maintain a comfortable temperature at all. Customer service was terrible: I waited over an hour and a half just to be met upon arrival, and no one ever responded to my WhatsApp messages during that time. Communication was completely lacking, which made the whole experience frustrating and stressful. This place falls far short of expectations. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to anyone.
