Staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Dongmen Old Street, with countless dining options nearby, so you can eat well whether on a budget or splurging. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Highly recommended!

In less than 10 minutes, you can reach Huaqiangbei, one of Shenzhen’s busiest tech and shopping hubs. Everything is so close and well-connected. The hotel is clean, modern, and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—just a few steps from the door whether you’re taking a taxi or using public transit. There are plenty of nearby convenience stores, playgrounds, and a Walmart supermarket within a 15-minute walk. I booked a loft-style unit with three bedrooms all on the upper level—perfect for families. Each floor has its own bathroom, offering both privacy and practicality. The entire property is spotless, and every staff member was attentive and helpful. Overall, the experience was outstanding.
