We stayed here with two families and our little one, and I have to say the cleanliness was excellent—every corner felt fresh and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, especially the bathroom, which made me feel very comfortable with a toddler around. We were running a bit late on checkout time due to packing up the kids, but the staff was incredibly understanding. They kindly offered an extended checkout without any hassle, giving us extra time to wrap things up peacefully. That small gesture really made our trip more relaxing. The location is convenient, the apartment layout is practical, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. Definitely going to come back again!

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, especially when it comes to cleanliness—every corner felt spotless, and the overall ambiance was serene and beautifully designed. The room we stayed in faced south, so morning sunlight streamed in naturally, instantly lifting my mood. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options that made for a perfect start to the day. Honestly, we originally had another hotel booked at the same price, but after experiencing this place, we decided to stay here instead—and ended up extending our stay for two nights. It was hands down the best decision we made during our trip. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient: multiple subway entrances are within walking distance, making it super easy to reach Huaqiang South and get to Futian Station quickly. Coming back from Hong Kong late at night didn’t feel tiring at all. While Huaqiang North is a bit further away, it’s still very accessible. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and unbeatable transport links makes this hotel an absolute gem. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Staying at Garden Hotel by LuxCabins near the Gangxia Metro Station in Shenzhen’s Futian District was an absolute delight. Despite being right in the heart of the city, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and peaceful—definitely not what you’d expect from a central location. The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed, like I was stepping into a cozy home away from home. The staff, especially Xiao Di and Xiao Xuan, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient—so much so that even my husband, who’s usually very particular about service, couldn’t stop praising them. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, well-prepared, and offered a nice mix of local and Japanese-inspired options. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just steps from the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this place offers comfort, convenience, and great value. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Shenzhen—highly recommend!

You’re also within walking distance of Excellence Center, which means endless dining options nearby. The hotel itself feels brand new—modern, well-maintained, and spotless. But what really stands out is the staff: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They go above and beyond without making you feel like a bother. From check-in to checkout, every interaction was smooth and welcoming. Honestly, I’d give this place 100/100—if that were possible. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect location—right next to Sungang Metro Station, making it super easy to get around the city. The projector made movie nights extra special, and having a washer and dryer on-site was such a convenience for longer stays—felt like home. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and professional. For the price, this place offers incredible value. Shenzhen Yongsten Apartment (Gangxia Metro Station Convention and Exhibition Center)

We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors—really impressive for a city apartment. The screen mirroring feature worked perfectly, making it easy to stream movies or shows during our stay. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift—such a sweet touch! All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes, which showed great attention to detail. Compared to the compact rooms in Hong Kong, this space felt much more spacious and comfortable. It’s a fantastic value for the price.
