The parking lot is located behind the hotel, so if you're driving, it's best to arrive early. When I checked in around 2:30 PM on Thursday, there were still four or five spots available. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had excellent soundproofing—no noise from the hallway or outside, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. Super convenient, clean, and great value. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Urumqi.

I couldn’t find the room photos online, but the actual space was spotlessly clean—probably on the 16th or 17th floor, as it was very quiet once the windows were closed, making for peaceful sleep even late at night. The midnight porridge delivery was a real highlight—it was comforting and delicious. The hotel is incredibly close to Liu Guan Yi Xin, so you can catch a stunning sunrise right from your window. Just outside, there’s a cultural plaza (can’t remember the exact name), and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and well-prepared. There’s also a cozy café just downstairs, perfect for a morning coffee. All in all, this place offers fantastic value, with a great location, quiet rooms, and thoughtful touches. Definitely recommend for travelers visiting Urumqi.

The staff were incredibly friendly—every front desk employee greeted us with a smile and even upgraded our room without hesitation (though we weren’t sure exactly what the difference was, which was fine). They also handed over an extra breakfast voucher—normally only one for members, now we had two. That little touch made a big difference. Breakfast was solid: fresh hot dishes kept being replenished even at 9:30 AM, which was great. Only minor note—there weren’t many buns or flower rolls left by then, but I guess they were trying to minimize waste, so totally understandable. Cleanliness was on par with what you’d expect from a major chain hotel—no issues at all. The surrounding area is a bit messy due to ongoing metro construction, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, so we took it in stride. The building itself feels a bit dated—small entrance, hard to spot from the street, partly because of the construction nearby. The TV was disappointing: only a few CCTV channels worked, CCTV6 was completely unavailable, and on-demand content required a membership fee. Even screen mirroring didn’t work. It’s frustrating that this issue has been reported before—and still hasn’t been fixed after nearly a year. That raises some concerns about how seriously the management takes guest feedback. On the bright side, the smart speaker integration for controlling room features was a real plus—it’s convenient, modern, and added a nice tech upgrade to the stay.
