This business trip was a great experience overall. The hotel is spotlessly clean with excellent service from check-in to checkout. Free parking is a major plus—especially convenient for those driving. The bathroom is spacious, and having a private balcony was a nice touch; I enjoyed morning coffee with sea views. The bedding was fresh, clean, and free of any odors—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Dining options are within walking distance, making it easy to grab a meal without needing to drive far. As someone who often books Marriott properties, I can confidently say they rarely disappoint. This one offers solid value for money—well-priced, reliable, and consistently high quality. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip.

The location and views were absolutely fantastic during the day—oceanfront on one side, a scenic intercoastal waterway with elegant homes and boats on the other. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a great base for exploring Fort Lauderdale. That said, there are some real concerns to be aware of. If you're driving, expect to pay $55 per day for valet parking—definitely not cheap. More importantly, during weekends and holidays, the area gets very lively at night, with large groups of young people walking around, loud music playing from cars, and frequent smoking of marijuana. The smell was overwhelming and made the outdoor spaces unpleasant, especially near the beachfront dining areas. We ended up avoiding those spots altogether. For a property priced at $200–$400 per night, guests should reasonably expect to walk the sidewalks safely and peacefully without feeling disturbed or exposed to disruptive behavior. It’s clear that stronger nighttime security and crowd management would greatly improve the overall experience. Fort Lauderdale has so much potential, but this issue really stands out.

Located right in the heart of downtown, it's incredibly convenient for exploring local attractions, dining spots, and shopping areas. I even snapped a beautiful morning photo of the hotel’s exterior bathed in golden sunlight—truly picture-perfect. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers great value and a comfortable, hassle-free stay. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.

Staying at The Grand Resort and Spa & Worthington All Male in Fort Lauderdale was an absolute highlight. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short ride from downtown, and the serene atmosphere makes it feel like a true escape. Robert’s massage therapy in the spa lounge is outstanding—professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed after a long trip. The new kitchen, led by Gaston, has been a game-changer; the food is fresh, flavorful, and served with care. Everything feels brand new and thoughtfully curated. The all-male policy adds a unique sense of privacy and comfort that really sets this place apart. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a premium, stress-free retreat.

We stayed for just two nights, but the villa exceeded our expectations based on the photos and pleasantly surprised us with its neighborhood location. Everything was clean and in working order, making the stay very comfortable. The host was attentive and provided clear, helpful access instructions. The only minor note is that the dining table is a bit small and located directly under the air vent, so it can get a bit chilly during meals. However, this tiny detail didn’t affect our overall experience at all. The property offers great value and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a quiet, well-maintained retreat in Fort Lauderdale.

The Avi Lux Stay is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a quiet yet well-connected spot in Fort Lauderdale. The property itself is beautifully maintained and offers a scenic view, with plenty of great restaurants and a shopping mall just a short walk away. Our unit was spotless and very comfortable—definitely a good value for the price. The only minor downside was some road noise, especially from traffic crossing the nearby lift bridge, which could be heard at times. That said, it didn’t ruin the overall experience. The location, cleanliness, and vibe make this place a solid recommendation for anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.

The corner ocean-view room offers an unbeatable view—wide open with no obstructions, just endless blue sky and waves right outside the window. The place was clean, quiet, and well-located, making it a convenient option for a short stay. The kitchen and living area were spacious and functional, with a TV for entertainment—perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, the mattress was extremely soft and had noticeable sagging, almost like sleeping on a hammock. There were no coil springs—just visible, worn-out springs that made the bed feel unstable and uncomfortable. I actually considered staying longer, but the poor mattress caused back pain by morning. If you're not sensitive to bedding quality, this could work out fine. But if comfort is a priority, you might want to reconsider. Overall, decent for the price, but the mattress really holds it back.
