They seemed disinterested and unprofessional. While it's conveniently located near a metro station, the street noise was unbearable—constant shouting and traffic sounds kept me up all night. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I won’t be returning.

On the 11th floor, the laundry and drying machines are available from 9 AM to 9 PM, and there’s also an iron—perfect for travelers who want to keep their clothes fresh without hassle. There’s a yoga room and a fitness center too, though I didn’t get to use them this time. Still, knowing they’re there makes me feel more relaxed. The bed is huge and super comfortable—definitely one of the best sleeps I’ve had on the road. Plus, all those little extras like cotton swabs, combs, and razors are available for free at the front desk—no need to pack them! It’s such a thoughtful touch. Overall, this place offers excellent value and quality. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Overall, the location is excellent: well-connected, easy to explore, and ideal as a base for sightseeing. With its charm, cleanliness, and great service, this place is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort and authenticity.
