Breakfast was exceptional—wide variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. The Chinese restaurant stood out especially; their claypot rice was rich, aromatic, and unforgettable. Traveling off-peak truly lets you enjoy the city at your own pace. The service here was exceptional, especially from Alan at reception. He upgraded my room for free upon check-in, and when I mentioned wanting to try the sauna, he not only confirmed we had a private steam room but went the extra mile to arrange it just for me. Turns out the facility is usually only opened when there are guests booking in, so having it reserved exclusively for me was a real surprise—and a wonderful touch. It made the whole experience feel personal and special. Definitely worth every penny, and I’ll be back.
