The staff at reception are amazing—Egyptian and Yemeni team members who go above and beyond with their hospitality. They’re friendly, helpful, and never seem to run out of energy or smiles. I’ve stayed at many hotels across Europe, but this one stands out for its unbeatable mix of location, convenience, and genuine service.
