The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the metro and right next to a fantastic in-house restaurant. The hotel feels brand new, spotlessly clean, and every detail is well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the water dispenser in the room—no need for bottled water, which made my stay more convenient and eco-friendly. The facilities are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed, from the laundry machine to the modern furnishings. It’s clear this place takes pride in guest comfort and cleanliness. If you're visiting Santiago, this is definitely a top pick. Truly worth every penny.

Staying at Hotel Gran Palace in Santiago was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, just steps from public transit and all the local attractions. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-designed bathroom that included a bidet—very thoughtful for international guests. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh options, including some delicious local treats. A pharmacy right across the street made it super convenient for any last-minute needs. The front desk is on the 10th floor, which is a bit of a hike if you’re carrying luggage—especially since the elevator was out of service during our stay. We had to walk up the stairs, so it’s worth noting for guests with mobility concerns. The pool area could use some upgrades—water temperature was a bit chilly, and it’s not really designed for swimming. However, the jacuzzi features are fantastic: multiple types of jets, fountains both large and small, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, the hotel delivers great value, especially considering the central location and unique amenities. Highly recommend for travelers who appreciate comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

Staying at Hotel Casa Zañartu was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the city center and surrounded by great cafes, shops, and local charm. The building itself is a historic gem, beautifully preserved with elegant architectural details that give it a unique, timeless atmosphere. Our room was cozy and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and quiet ambiance. The breakfast was a highlight—fresh pastries, homemade jams, and strong coffee made for a perfect morning start. It’s rare to find such a charming, authentic stay with such great value. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.

Staying at Santa Magdalena Apartments was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the shopping center and surrounded by all the essentials you need for daily life. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my visit. Public transportation is super convenient, with the metro station just steps away, making it easy to explore Santiago. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santiago—it’s truly one of the best stays I’ve had in Chile. 10/10 would book again!

Stayed here back in 2017 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking—great for self-catering. It was spotlessly clean, and the private rooftop pool was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Located just a short walk from the metro station, it’s super convenient for getting around the city. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers nearby—everything you’d want within reach. The building is secure, and the neighborhood feels safe too, so I never felt uneasy during my stay. Overall, this was a smart, comfortable, and well-located choice for anyone visiting Santiago.

Staying at Myluxapart Las Condes was a great experience overall. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location, making it a solid choice for travelers looking for value. One minor hiccup was the parking reservation process—trying to reach the provided number didn’t work, which caused some frustration. However, the platform’s customer service team stepped in promptly and resolved everything smoothly. Their support made a big difference and showed real dedication. The apartment itself is well-designed, clean, and located in a convenient area of Santiago with easy access to public transit, dining, and shopping. I’d definitely consider returning here on future trips to Chile. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We stayed at this apartment with my young son and my elderly mother during winter vacation, and it was an excellent experience overall. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a generous shower and a deep bathtub, plus strong water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could cook our own meals easily—a real plus when traveling with family. The only minor note: my mom found the high counter with bar stools a bit awkward for eating; a regular dining table might have been more comfortable, but it’s truly just a small detail. Heating worked perfectly throughout the stay, and Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The building is a bit old-fashioned, which actually fits the character of the neighborhood. There's a small park right behind the building with a kids' playground and benches—perfect for fresh air and relaxing. On the ground floor, there's a 24-hour laundry room where you buy tokens and wash and dry clothes anytime. The front desk, where you handle check-in and any requests, is located in the same building. Nora and Ysimar are incredibly helpful and friendly—they went out of their way to assist us with everything. While the street on the right side isn’t very picturesque, walking left leads you just a few blocks to the city center. Just be aware of some pickpockets around the pedestrian area. The biggest advantage? It’s only two blocks from the subway station and close to multiple bus lines, making travel around Santiago super convenient. I’d definitely book this apartment again without hesitation—it’s a fantastic choice for families seeking comfort, location, and value.

The apartments are absolutely terrible. No linen or towel changes between guests, everything is in poor condition—broken fixtures, non-functional appliances, and no cleaning ever done. This is by far the worst option I’ve seen in Santiago. Despite being close to the metro and downtown, the overall experience was disappointing. The lack of basic maintenance and hygiene makes it a total no-go. Definitely not worth your time or money.

The hotel is decent and comfortable overall, though the walls show some signs of moisture. Luckily, the heating works well, so we never felt cold during our stay. The staff were exceptional—especially the lady who prepared breakfast and handled housekeeping. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making our experience much more pleasant. One thing to note: quietness is required in the rooms, so please keep noise levels down to respect fellow guests. It's a solid choice for travelers looking for a no-frills, friendly stay with good value. Located conveniently near public transit, it’s easy to explore Santiago without hassle.

I arrived at 2:00 PM and even though I had mentioned in advance that I'd be checking in late, no one answered the door or offered any assistance. It was frustrating to show up and have no staff available to greet me or help with check-in. The location is decent—close to public transit and downtown—but the lack of basic hospitality really let down the experience. For the price, you’d expect a little more professionalism, especially when guests are arriving after hours. Definitely not something I’d recommend.

Staying at the Holitel Hotel in Santiago's Los Leones district was an absolute pleasure. The hotel feels welcoming and well-managed, with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. My room was cozy and thoughtfully designed—clean, quiet, and equipped with strong Wi-Fi, perfect for staying connected on the go. What really stood out was the included breakfast: fresh, delicious, and varied, offering a great start to each day. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from shopping areas and public transit, making it easy to explore the city. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Santiago. It’s not just a place to sleep—it’s a comfortable, stylish retreat.

My stay at Brizen Apartments Pedro de Valdivia was a major disappointment. From the moment I arrived, there were issues with check-in—apparently I had to register at the front desk, but the building is residential and security was extremely lax. The doorman wasn’t even checking IDs, letting almost anyone in. The main entrance door was broken and barely functional, which added to the unease. The elevator creaked like it was about to fall apart, and the hallway smelled strongly of garbage and something else unpleasant—really off-putting. By the time I got to my unit, I just wanted to collapse. Inside, the apartment looked okay at first glance, but the bathroom showed clear signs of poor cleaning—stains on the tiles, like it hadn’t been properly sanitized before my arrival. The balcony was littered with cigarette butts. I was exhausted and tried to sleep, but the noise from outside was unbearable: constant traffic, buses rumbling by, loud exhaust fans from nearby restaurants, and people shouting on the street well past 2 a.m. It was impossible to rest. I reached out for a refund, but received no response. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had—poor maintenance, weak security, and extreme noise pollution. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
