Our stay at the Tru by Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Downtown was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained. Staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Downtown/Las Olas was an excellent experience overall. The facilities are brand new and well-maintained—everything from the room furnishings to the bathroom amenities felt modern and clean. I highly recommend requesting a higher-floor room for the best views; the skyline panorama is stunning, especially in the evening when the city lights come on. The location is fantastic too—it’s just steps away from the Brightline station, making travel into Miami or other nearby destinations super convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going the extra mile. One small note: the main entrance locks after 9 PM and requires either knocking or using your room key card to enter. We were caught off guard during our first night and had to wait outside—slightly frustrating, but easily avoidable with clearer signage. Still, this minor hiccup doesn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the hotel. Great value, great location, and a comfortable place to stay—definitely recommend for travelers visiting downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from the airport and incredibly convenient for travelers on a tight schedule. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with tasteful modern decor. I appreciated having an ironing board in the room, which made packing and unpacking much easier. The bathroom was large and well-appointed, featuring Dove toiletries—small touches that make a big difference. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options and fresh flavors. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the shuttle service—it wasn’t very reliable. We had to call reception directly to arrange pickup, and the return shuttle didn’t start until 8 AM, which was too late if you landed earlier. That said, it’s easy to find alternative transportation nearby. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended for travelers flying into Fort Lauderdale Airport.

We stayed for just two nights, but the villa exceeded our expectations based on the photos and pleasantly surprised us with its neighborhood location. The only minor note is that the dining table is a bit small and located directly under the air vent, so it can get a bit chilly during meals. However, this tiny detail didn’t affect our overall experience at all. The property offers great value and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a quiet, well-maintained retreat in Fort Lauderdale.
