The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the shuttle service—it wasn’t very reliable. We had to call reception directly to arrange pickup, and the return shuttle didn’t start until 8 AM, which was too late if you landed earlier. That said, it’s easy to find alternative transportation nearby. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended for travelers flying into Fort Lauderdale Airport.

The kitchen and living area were spacious and functional, with a TV for entertainment—perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, the mattress was extremely soft and had noticeable sagging, almost like sleeping on a hammock. There were no coil springs—just visible, worn-out springs that made the bed feel unstable and uncomfortable. I actually considered staying longer, but the poor mattress caused back pain by morning. If you're not sensitive to bedding quality, this could work out fine. But if comfort is a priority, you might want to reconsider. Overall, decent for the price, but the mattress really holds it back.
